Best movies of 2K!

Welcome to my article about great entertainment images on the Web. In these articles, I try to point you all toward great sites that have lots of entertainment images.

If you've ever been to my Infinite Coolness Website, then you know I'm a huge movie fan. A lot of the critics have said it was a terrible year for movies, but I disagree. Sure there weren't as many good movies this year, but the good ones were really really good! Both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Nick Cage put out their best movies so far in 2000!

I'll start with number ten and work my way up. The titles are linked to Movieweb, which has lots of large high-quality images.

10. Bait: Alright, I'll admit that the commercials for this movie made it look pretty stupid. I was actually surprised that it was a really good movie. And it's the second movie directed by Antoine Fuqua who also directed The Replacement Killers! This is no Replacement Killers, but it's a good movie.

9. Pitch Black: The title of badass of the year has to go to Riddick from Pitch Black. With his chromed up eyeballs and kickass attitude, you can't help but like the guy. Pitch Black is great, and I heard they're working on a second Riddick movie!

8. High Fidelity: John Cusack stars in this movie about a guy's love of music and his past relationships. He talks about past girlfriends and relates it to his favorite music. It's a low key movie, but I really liked it. Check it out for yourself.

7. U-571: I'm not big on war or military movies at all, but this one's the exception. It's about a submarine mission to get hold of one of Hitler's enigma code machines. The cast is great and the movie's full of action and suspense! Check it out!

6. Frequency: The big time travel movie of the year, and it kicks ass. It's about a guy who can talk to his father on an old ham radio. The cool thing is that his dad's been dead for 30 years and he's talking to him through time. There'a one scene where the radio breaks that makes no sense at all and really pisses me off. It's a major flaw, but if you can forgive it Frequency is a kickass movie!

5. Bless The Child: Sure, it's religious propaganda, but it's still good! It's about satanists trying to get to the second coming before she grows up to spread the holy word. Let it entertain you, but don't forget it's a very biased movie. The only guy who doesn't believe in god is the crazed, evil bad guy. I mean come on. Still cool though.
