This action-heavy sub-genre of Action Films has a healthy, cult following of movie-lovers who can't get enough of the stylized, highly-choreographed action that dominates these films. The genre was popularized in the west by Bruce Lee in the 1970s with films like Fists of Fury. Modern super-stars include Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Johnny Tri Nguyen. And even western actors like Steven Seagal and Chuck Norris have taken a stab at the genre.
