An excellent site, with links to theologians from the early Christian period to the modern era. Includes Protestant reformers, Puritans, Baptists, and modern theologians among others. Perhaps the most comprehensive theology site I've seen.
A Guide to Christian Literature on the Internet
Long and rather thorough listing of Christian links. Includes a number of online Bibles and concordances, as well as links to many primary sources, including a number of 18th,19th, and early 20th c. writings.

This site is still in the early stages of development, but it shows a great deal of promise. It's a Lutheran site, focused on Lutheran theology from the Reformation to the present. Currently includes a number of primary source documents valuable in the study of Reformation theology.
