Parent Guide

Always be certain to teach children who are learning to cook the rules in this lesson. It is imperative they know how to handle food properly. It is also important that kids who are working in the kitchen know proper kitchen hygiene. Uncooked meats, poultry, fish and eggs are full of bacteria. Unless they are cooked properly and clean up is handled well, cross contamination can occur.
