Walking Self-Study Journal

It can be very helpful to do some journaling about why you are interested in developing a walking program for yourself. Here are three questions to ask yourself:

1. For you, what are the most important benefits of walking?

2. Do you think a walking program would be helpful for your life? How?

3. Are you currently doing any regular walking? If so, please describe.
