Lesson 5: Coping with Stress, Midterms and Exams

Assignment

- Think about how you will handle classes and midterms at the same time. What are you doing to do that is different from your normal daily routine?

- Think of ways to motivate you to keep going during an exam week; this can range from promising yourself a day at a spa or going out partying with your friends. It can be anything; as long as it makes you happy! Go on the discussion board and exchange ideas!

- Do you think you are stressed right now? Think about how you can change to decrease your stress levels. Try out a few relaxation tips and see what works best for you.
