Using the Calendar

Click on the Calendar button to schedule and view appointments and meetings. The calendar provides daily, weekly, and monthly views so you can plan ahead.

To create a new appointment:

  • Click on New - Appointment
  • In the Appointment tab, enter a Subject, Location, Start Time, and End Time. You can use the drop-down arrows to change the date and time, or you can type this information directly in the box. You can enter additional information in the text box below if you wish.


  • Click on Save and Close to enter your appointment in the calendar

To schedule and invite others to a meeting:

  • Click on New - Meeting Request
  • In the Appointment tab, enter in the To field the email addresses of the individuals you wish to invite.
  • Enter a Subject, Location, Start Time, and End Time. You can enter additional information in the large text box below if you wish.
  • Click on Save and Close to invite others and schedule the meeting in your calendar.
