Sending and Receiving Email
To display the email messages you have received:
Note that each message displays the name of sender, the subject, the date and time received, and the size of the file.
To read a message:

Click on the message line and the message will be displayed in the lower half of the screen
To reply to a message:
- Click on the message line to display the message
- Click on Reply
- Type your message
- Click on Send
To send a new message:
- Click on New
- Enter the email address of the recipient in the To field, and enter the subject of your message in the Subject field
- Type your message in the text box
- Click on Send
To print a message:
- Click on the message line to display the message
- Click on the Printer button
To delete a message:
- Click on the message line to display the message
- Click on the Delete button
