Understanding Outlook Today

Outlook Today displays your calendar of appointments for the current week, tasks to be completed and number of email messages. It is good idea to check Outlook Today at the start of your day to get an overview of the day's events.

You can click on the Outlook Today icon at any time to access the day’s events.

You should make Outlook Today your opening Outlook screen if it is not already.

To make Outlook Today the opening Outlook screen:

• In the Outlook Today display, click on Customize Outlook Today - Startup
• Change any other settings you wish
• Click on Save Changes
