Players like to be actors so when they have a monster hand, they tend to look disinterested. A player increasing the level of his or her voice and trying to look intimidating while raising the pot, may be running a bluff.

Some players show obvious changes in their posture based on their hand strength. Their shoulders may drop (slump) when they have a weak hand. A player may be very attentive and sitting up when he or she has a strong hand. You may also notice that a player who bluffs a lot will lean forward in a confrontational way.
