About this course

This course will not cover the basics of horse ownership such as getting yourself ready to own a horse or having everything in place for your horse. I'm assuming that you've discussed and come to this decision on your own. After all, you can hardly own a horse if you have nowhere to put him. However, the recommended reading material, "The Horse Illustrated Guide to Buying a Horse," contains information on preparing for horse ownership that you may read to enhance your learning experience. If you would like to learn more about horse care in general then consider my other course, Basic Horse Care.

Ready to begin? Then let's get started on the path to successful horse ownership.
