Implementation Schedule

This portion of the business plan accomplishes the following:

• Identifies when you expect needed financing to kick in.
• Lists the main steps of the marketing campaign charted by date.
• Gives the scheduled dates of the production and delivery programs that will fulfill the obligations of sales.

The implementation schedule will enable you to coordinate and manage your business in a systematic and controlled way. This section of your business plan is critically important both internally as a management tool, and externally as a means of persuading others that you have the "smarts" to put your business on the road.
