Your Mission... Should You Choose to Accept It
Phase One: Materials
You will be creating a contact card, a sample newsletter, and an email plan.
To start, you need to download the following templates:
Contact Card (open in an image editor- even Microsoft Paint will work- and add your text) There are 3 different styles contained in this zipped file for you to choose from, or add your own image on top of the current image.
Newsletter and, optionally, the html email tutorial
Email Plan (print and use or open in an image editor and add your text.)
Phase Two: Preparation
Perform any tasks necessary (setting up email accounts, etc).
Using the templates I have provided, create your version of each the Contact Card, Newsletter, and Email Plan. Spend some time on this - what you end with should be ready to take into your classroom for immediate use.
