Floppy Disks and other threats

Floppy disks used to be the primary method for spreading viruses, now it has faded to almost nil. This does not mean that you should let up your guard. Boot sector viruses, master boot record viruses, multi-partite viruses and macro viruses can all be spread via disks. Scan any diskettes any time they are taken from one computer to another.
