Hello and welcome to my course. I hope you will allow me to share what I have found out through research and what I have discovered by living the life of a working mother. I wanted to touch on stress because I feel it can overtake our lives. If we are under stress, the whole world appears differently. If left untouched, it can impair how we make decisions and how we treat people around us. We cannot totally eliminate stress, but we can find ways to handle it more effectively. There are times we feel that everything has come to a head or we are getting a series of punches without a break. Sometimes our crises are short-lived, but there are long-term issues that loom over our heads like a dark cloud. The lives we lead require us to multi-task and hold a lot of responsibility. Can we keep up the pace forever? Are there outlets for reducing stress so we have time to relax? In order to reduce stress, we have to find out what it is. Read on and see if I can help you. |
