Lesson 3: Blending, Recipes and More!
Student Information and Discussion Topics
The third lesson is over. I surely hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. The basic information you have been given thus far will allow you to take a few "baby steps" in the world of aromatherapy. Now you know enough to get started using essential oil for your health, beauty, and well-being.
Experience is your greatest ally. Don’t be afraid to try and fail, and try again. Start small. Use the essential oils you have at home to try and detect their top, middle, and base tones. What would you change in your next recipe? Aromatherapy is the perfect blend of art and science, mind and soul. Once you deepen your knowledge, you will look at the environment with different eyes. The souls of plants and flowers will become your soul. Today it’s raining, outside, but I can smell the wonderful fragrance of rose, geranium and sandalwood of my skin blend; spring is in the air...
