In a startling break with tradition, I will not spend a lot of space welcoming us to this lesson.
I know, I'm just as disoriented as you are.
The reason for the brevity is that lesson 6 is a continuation of the 10-step project management methodology that we started in lesson 5.
By this point in our methodology, we have started with an idea that responded to a need, strategized different problem statements, assessed our strategy, built a project plan, and evaluated it and received the requisite signoffs. Now we'll forge ahead to the action implementation of the plan, the the work that is involved in monitoring and closing out the project.
