Homework
- Make a date with your child. Tell him you want to do something fun – just with him. Find out what he would like to do. When a date is established, DON’T break it! Your child needs to feel you take him seriously.
- Start a relaxation story with your child. As you guide him to breathe deeply and evenly, let him get involved in the creation of a story that will help him relax more. He can become as light as a feather and float, or he can sink into a wonderful cloud that takes him along. Don’t forget to breathe deeply with your child.
- Continue to fill out the behavioral chart for your child and your own emotional diary.
