Implant Information: Currently there are no implants available in the United States. Norplant has been discontinued. If it is reintroduced, it will be addressed in later classes. Currently there is no US Norplant replacement. The company is working on a possible replacement, but it must be presented to and approved by the FDA. When and if this happens, it will be added to the class.
