Homeschooling 101

Lesson 5: Record Keeping and Scheduling

Points to Consider

Hopefully, now you are aware of not only what records you are required to keep, but also which records you think are important. Grading and goal setting are not as hard as they might seem! Just by making the decision to homeschool, you have done a big part of your educational goal setting. Just think about the type of adult you want you child to be. The rest will come easily.

Please think about the following questions:

1. Why are we homeschooling?
2. What do we want our child/ren to learn?
3. Do we want them to attend college?
4. How long will we homeschool them?
5. How much time are we willing to invest?
6. How much money are we willing/able to invest?
7. What is my child/ren interested in?
