Greek Food
The climate of Greece along with a large part of it being coastal means that fish and seafood are an integral part of the diet, add to that the succulent goat and kid from the mountainous inland areas that are swathed in wild herbs and lips start to water and the imagination runs wild.
Its traditional cooking remains unchanged for centuries, wild, natural produce grown, reared, hunted or fished added variety and nutrition to the table. Add to that the prolific olive and lemon harvest and what a glorious base for a diet.
Greek dishes are now found on menus throughout the world such as tzatziki, feta and hummus. Browse your way through our pages of Greek dishes for a sunny Mediterranean touch to any meal.
