Forensic Science
Welcome to Forensic Science @ Suite101.
Death is unpleasant and most people give little thought to dying until it becomes an imminent reality. Yet, death touches us daily, through the evening news, a natural disaster, or terrorist attack. The lucky ones grow old before facing their final moments. The not so lucky ones are victims of evil. Some are simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, while others suffer unimaginable pain. It is the forensic specialists and investigators who work to find the truth when a sudden, unexpected or violent death occurs. The forensic team allows the dead to speak from beyond the grave. How that process happens is complex, yet fascinating.
