First of all, I'm only 3feet and 8 inches tall. I use a "booster seat" to see out the window, it helps to be able to see! Second, I do not eat or drink before the trip, or eat very lightly. I Always makes sure I have gone to the bathroom first. If I start feeling sick, I make sure the window is down. 9 out of 10 times, it's because I'm getting hot. I am not one to get hot! I also loosen the seat belt away from my stomach. I find if I fall asleep I can sometimes sleep it away. But not always.I do get sick sometimes when I'm away from home. I don't really have any tips. I just make sure I have Advil (Ibuprofen) and Tylenol (acetaminophen), for whenever I need them. I always make sure I have my ID and medical card with me and Emergency contact information. A cell phone for calling the doctor. Other than those things, I don't have any real tips. I've had medical problems all my life, I know how to deal with them, as they come along.
