I agree with what you have added. Here they are really trying to bring about city wide conservation through xeriscaping. They will even pay you to change over to it! Tho,, this is not why I am changing. I have lived in real desert all my life and I think lawn grass does not belong! And I hate to see sprinklers and people washing cars or sidewalks. They have just now passed ordinances to limit grass to less than 50% of yard. Its not much but its a start. Jude
