Hi Pecanfudge,

I'm quite a Burns fan myself, and I agree that he had quite a feel for the language. Many of his songs resonate over the centuries, like "A Man's a man for a' that" (one of my top ten songs of all time) and Parcel of Rogues, which is extremely a propos to the challenges Canada faces today.

Thanks for your input; always nice to hear from a fellow Burns fans!
