Is really a lot of thing that benefits the family when the mother work outside the house. first at all help the family in the economical needs. Second create her self-steem. Third, her own independent, meaning that she can support the family in case something happen with the father. The Cost are the children with out the mother in the household. Because mother bring to the children the love, secure and the care their need. In conclusion i though that both influences with the same power over the household.
