I just read cooking once a month and for those of you who don't think you can handle a day long cooking marathon, I cook once a week, one dish and I freeze enough for the family to eat once a week for four weeks. Each week I add to the supply and so there is always four different meals in the freezer for a week. After the four week supply is gone I make something else to mix things up.

Love frozen meals and now that Glad can out with cheap microwavable dishes - what more could you want?

Any good frozen meal ideas to share??
