Sherwin, I'm in your shoes, too! I've been looking for nighttime AT HOME word processing in NYC for the past few weeks, without a single nibble of success. I called my former temp agency and they said that they don't offer those kinds of positions because of the insurance liabilities involved if something happens to me at home while I'm working. But they said they would keep me in mind if a company called about that kind of position and they would pass my name along and let me do it freelance.

I'm about to start calling law firms and volunteer my services for transcription on weekends...I'm hoping someone takes me up on it!
