Sometimes the young are wiser than we who are older. Your daughter expressed her feelings (and mine) so well. "What right have I to feel pain,.... This is not about me."

Be proud of her both for her writing ability and for her wonderful humanity that is able to recognize that sometimes it really isn't
"about me."
