» KatieAnne - Places of Women's Historical Interest to Children Do you have a place that you would recommend as being a great place of women's historical interest to visit for a child? Come and discuss it here. It must be a fun place where they could develop an interest in the topic as well as learn something without actually being taught.-- posted by KatieAnne » biogardener - Evageline Children can learn about Evangeline and the Acadians in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. They might even find some amethyst washed up on the shore. I did. They would also learn about poetry, because Evangeline is a fictional character representing all the women who went through that traumatic period of history.-- posted by biogardener » Red - historical places for children...
