I've been doingchakrara alignment" for about a year now. I have experienced a few situations where I come away from the experience bringing with me negative energy, even had a small patch oexcemama. (something thhealeeee had). Can anyone give me some advice other than visualization to protect me from harm?

When working with clients i've always found that visualization works best, but sometimes for a little bit extra I use crystals. You can 'program' a crystal to help keep the clients energy from building up in your body then put it in you pocket, or place in in the room near you and the client. Clear quartz seems to work best, but rose quartz or amethyst are also strong healers.

You could also program the crystal to take on the clients energy, or cleanse their energy, or what ever you can think of. Give it a try.
