Sex Contract Form

» Tery01 - Sex Contract Form This Morning on Good Morning America there was a topic on "Sex Contract Form."This is where a woman and man signs an "agreeable sex contract" before sex. This is to confirm that the act was consensual. BUT...it states that "the person cannot change their mind." HELLO? A lawyer said that this contract would not hold up in court as we ALL have the right to change our minds. This contract is SUPPOSE to protect the other person from sexual charges. To me, it sounds like it is more for the WOMEN to sign and agree to. Unfortunately I cannot find a GMA website that shows this topic. What is your opinion to this NEW Sex Contract Form? -- posted by Tery01 » biogardener - Sex contract Here is the Sex Contract website in case you want to check it out.A sex contract reminds me of a marriage contract. Regardless what is signed in a contract, it won't supersede the law of the land. In Manitoba, for example, all earnings of either spouse during the marriage will be divided equally in case of a marriage dissolution regarless of any papers signed and regardless of who actually earned the money. In the same way, a sex contract cannot invalidate the laws of the land. Signing a sex contract sounds like something which a prostitute and her customers would do, to make sure the man gets his money's worth, and that would only be valid for one occasion. The same would have to be true in a marriage or similar partnership. What I feel like doing one day may not be true the next, so we would need to sign a contract every day. Of course, this contract rules out love. If I love my partner, I would want to please him regardless of what I have signed, andI would not call it a matter of changing my mind, but rather of being ruled by my emotions. -- posted by biogardener » Skull13 - I had someone email me about this too. Traute...Here in the U.S. these things would binding if entered prenuptially or in a consenting relationship without marriage. This sounds barbaric. Even though it technically is supposed to protect both parties it certainly on the face of it seems to favor the male in the male-female relationship.-- posted by Skull13 » WordCharmer - Re: I had someone email me about this too. In response to message posted by Skull13:Now if you were seriously considering signing a sex contract, why not just go so far as to put a calendar next to your bed and each time you contemplate sex, both of you sign it? Lol! Ridiculous! Prenuptial agreements are basically for financial reasons. The contract idea sounds like a man's idea to me! -- posted by WordCharmer » biogardener - Back to Prostitute's Day Book That brings us back to a prostitute's daybook. Takes all the fun out of sex, so why bother at all. Prostitutes get paid for their services, and the fun is not a consideration. If sex becomes a business without mutual enjoyment, I will just say, "No thanks. I'll pass."-- posted by biogardener » Tery01 - Re: Back to Prostitute's Day Book In response to message posted by biogardener:I thought this was very disturbing, but interesting. But I question this: If a person can force themselves on you, then a person can force you to sign a form as well. Threats are big time with sexual assault and other kinds of sexual relations, so I believe that a person can Threaten you to sign it as well. Sometimes I believe that society and the world are STILL IN DENIAL about A lot of ISSUES with Sexual Inuendos and Sexual Assault and Sexual anything. -- posted by Tery01 » biogardener - application I have studied the site a bit. You have to answer a set of questions, and they will prepare the contract for you. From my studies, it seems clear to me that the contract is designed for a committed relationship, like a married couple or the equivalent, not for a casual relationship. If a marriage needs this kind of contract, then I would think that it is not worth being called a marriage, and the couple is headed for divorce court anyway, so why bother with a sex contract. -- posted by biogardener » camzombie - Sex Contract Form In response to Sex Contract Form posted by Tery01:i belive a sex contract is good but can be bad. id probly sign yes on all the sexual things alowed just incase i change my mind even though i never plan on getting married. so when i become a musicon i wont ever worry about contracs. you know there should be one that can only last for a nigh or day u know what i mean? -- posted by camzombie » kpnpeace - Sex Contract Form In response to Sex Contract Form posted by Tery01:You are missing the point. If there weren't SO many false rapes reported, this contract idea wouldn't be nessessary. A study by Dr. Eugene Kanin confirmed that more than 50% of reported rapes are false. -- posted by kpnpeace
