You have stated the case so clearly. We have a little plastic crate where used batteries go, and when it is filled up I take it to a local battery store which is only too happy to accept them.This is one of the issues which many people just don't KNOW about. Education is essential. Keep up the great work. I'm really looking forward to your future articles.
