to connect with history through other objects, like the wildflowers you write about?

Hope all's going well for you, Gregg.

Yeah,

and wildflowers have always been very much a part of us until suburbs and silk houseplants came along... I guess that's part of my hidden agenda, to get folks to realize how attached wildflowershave been to who we have been, and how much fun they are now ...

Looks like we'll be back in the neighborhood for the summer; I think we are going to run a 32-cabin thingie at West Glacier, Montanta, next to the park. MT sounds like fun, and we're not soooo far away that someone from spokane can't come for a visit, huh?

...it's snowin' in Ohio. Winter refuses to relinquish it's grip...

Now there's an idea! Keep me posted when you are there.

You will be absolutely enamored with Montana and the Glacier Park area, Gregg. I have to say it gives WA state a run for its money; it's a beautiful place.

well ... when there are mts. involved, it's gotta be lovely.

Any chance ya saw/have seen the March issue of Arizona Highways? I think that's the magazine. Full of desert wildflower photos ... gorgeous, and why we are so fond of southern CA and the desert SW...

We're gonna take two weeke to drive to MT ... at least that's the plan now ... we're gonna hit the blue bonnets in TX, and then go on to the deserts, swing back up through CA, see our daughter in San Fran, pick up the rest of our stuff in Astoria, and make for Glacier...
