I spent a frantic few moments tying up the climbing roses - just made it indoors before the storm began in earnest. So naturally the next day I went to check that first. Roses were fine - and there was a light plastic watering can on the table - just as I left it, apparently untroubled by the winds. It wasn't until I looked at the other side of the yard that I realized what had happened. Talk about being truly amazed! -- posted by Carol Wallace
