You are welcome.
I'm glad it worked.
Today I was rereading some Betty stories. I would like to chat with you after you finished the stories.

Good bye for now.

Hi Jerry,

It's so nice to hear from you again.
Did you ever read the biographies of Betty?
I heard from another Betty Fan that a publisher in the State of Washington was interested in publishing the stories in book form.

I'm so curious to hear your thoughts.

I haven't read the biographies, but thanks for the info.

Wouldn't that be great if her writing is published? She was such a gifted writer. Let us know if you hear anything.

Glad you are still keeping in touch here.

I'll keep you informed.
It would be great if Betty's writing is published.
I heard that a publisher in Washington is interested in publishing the biography of Betty MacDonald in a hard cover version. Really great stories!
And more news: I heard from a fan in Seattle that a new Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle book will be published soon.

I received an info from Betty MacDonald Society:
They have a special Christmas Offer with many bonus items. One of these items is a delightful story written by Betty's best friend Kimi. Can you remember the wonderful Kimi from Betty's THE PLAGUE AND I. She is such a charming and brilliant lady.

One of my favorite books in my lifetime. I got a first edition, with the book jacket & reading it for the 3rd time. I can relate to one of the members who wrote it's a comfort. I look forward to reading it at bedtime. Next, I want to read her other 2 books.

Hi, Ellen,

Did you know that Betty has 4 books? (Not counting the children's books)

The titles are:

"The Egg & I"
"The Plague & I"
"Anybody Can Do Anything"
"Onions In The Stew"

These books are all excellent!!! (But kind of hard to find!!)

I enjoyed the description of the cougar hunt and would love to see the picture of Bob and the cougar. Is this postedonlinee anywhere? There is ongoing research into post-traumatic stress, and a lot more is known about it now than in Bob's time.
