» jerrib - Re: Lady in the Lake In response to message posted by dequizq:Donna: I thought I'd come back and answer your question in a little more detail. The researching, that is. My family has a newspaper clipping from the trial with a photo of my grandmother. I also grew up in Port Angeles so I know there's a regional and a local library. They both have information, as does the local newspaper. There have been several books written, the most recent being The Lady of the Lake by Mavis Amundson. Check out the link at the bottom of the article, too, to find another writer's article on this. Anyway, when it comes to Washington State and anything that's gone on or is going on - my resources are very abundant. We have a state library that's excellent, many genealogy libraries, historical societies. Washington is also a very computer-literate state, so there's a lot of information to garner. Hope that answered your question. A little late! -- posted by jerrib
