» MsPersephone - Thank you . . .

. . . for writing this article, Jerri. It is important and necessary for each of us to talk about our feelings and to tell our stories. I sense a lot of unity among Americans right now, as we hear the stories of survivors and those who died.

I appreciated your article, too, Mary. The good of this is how we all have pulled together. You know who your real friends are at a time like this.

» jerrib - Nature Helps

Today I awoke to gray skies and finally felt the pain of the last week at full tilt. I couldn't write. To refresh my spirit I took a drive, walked some and enjoyed being out in nature. It helped.

May you all somehow find your way back to life as normal as it can be by doing what refreshes your soul. Smile at a baby, talk to someone else or just give them a smile to make their day better.

Life does go on.

Hi Jerri,
I just stopped by to see how you are. Your article summed up Black Tuesday and expressed in many ways the shock and despair felt by all Americans in increasing waves as the events were told. I pray for Americans to stand united, with the compassion and patriotism our country's founders envisioned and led us to. God Bless America - God Bless each and everyone of us. Take care my friend, may God's peace and love surround you and your loved ones.

Good to hear from you.

» Masoko_Tanga - Letterman, NYC and Toronto

Jerri,

If you (or anyone) has seen or heard the first episode of David Letterman since the attack, you can feel the sadness of the general New York City area and the show that was produced. Letterman was extremely sincere (which was errie).

New York City has not changed apparently however, since people are putting in together to support one another.

Toronto and the rest of Canada are behind the U.S. in anything they need. And I am sorry this is happening.

» Joy Butler - Thanks

Thanks for sharing your experience and feelings in Washington. It is much the same here in Texas. Isn't is ironic that the date was 9-11.

Yes it is, Joy. Makes one wonder if that was planned on purpose. Appreciate your comments and support.
