This sounds very yummy to the tummy, Jerri! I have to take dessert on Thanksgiving when I "go over the river and through the woods" and this sounds like something I can make tonight and take along with my apple pie. That is cute what you said about packing the brown sugar! LOL!Regarding wine. This year I bought Manoshevitz Sweet Blackberry Wine to pour over my fruitcakes. It is absolutely delicious, I think, even to enjoy from a glass or spoon. (He! He!)
