Interesting article, jerri!...
Your topic is filled with many interesting subjects to review. Who would ever thunk itsmile

but I was busy raising two young daughters in Bremerton and putting him through college.

Bummerton, is what we called it when I lived with my brother during his stay while his 'boat' (USS Enterprise) was in drydock.. smile...

I thought it had moved, but was spared from the wrecking ball and is still on 45th, Wendall.

45th is the main drag off the freeway (east) to the University of WA, Wendall. The Blue Moon is closer to the freeway than the UW.

Thank you, Lee.

As you know, I love Washington and will never run out of things to share with my readers. I've been here since 1999 and will continue for many more years, I'm sure.

I enjoy being a conduit for information when folks want to know about Washington. I have met the nicest people here as a result of my topic. It's always a pleasure to answer emails, too, when folks need more in-depth info.

Enjoy your visits, Lee. Thanks for stopping by.

Jerri,

The Blue Moon sounds like it has an intriguing history. It would be a great place to visit. Glad it wasn't demolished.

It's always interesting to stop by Washington State. You always find things off the beaten path to write about.
