We don't have a glossary function, but you could, as you mentioned, write a "glossary-like" article. You could then link to its URL as a bulletin or as one of your BOW sites so that people will always see a link to it on your Topic page. Sandra Singh -- posted by ssingh » poncacity - Question on Wireless Internet I have just recently bought an Everex Freestyle Palm Size PC. Gave $175 for it, because it was the cheapest way I knew of to find out what the Windows CE OS was like. And “I don't have a computer”. I have WebTV, which doesn't have anyway for me to synchronize my Palm Size PC.......My question is this: If I buy the $199 Modem Card that fits the EverEverex Palm Size PC, will I be able to, NOT ONLY connect to the Internet with just Palm PC & Modem Card, but will I be STILL have to find a PC to “synch” with, in order to download all the various games and applications that are available for WinCE devices on the web?......... ALSO: If not, then WHAT is the advantage of installing the Modem Card?..... The reason I am posting this question HERE, is because I am assuming that Wireless Internet Devices include Palm Size PCs, as well as Cell Phones and Pagers...... Any enlightenment will be appreciated! -- posted by poncacity » wseto - Reply to your Palm PC questions Regarding your questions, I am no WinCE expert. I can give you some comments, but I strongly recommend you contact Tech. Suppport for your questions (if you don't feel comfortable with answers).1. With a Modem Card for your Palm PC, you can connect to the Internet, via a dial-up ISP. That would give you POP mail service and Web Browsing (there is a pocket browser in WinCE). I would expect a slow connection though... -- posted by wseto » wseto - A mailing for WAP & Wireless Internet topic Extra: Please join the WAP Suite mailing for updates of news articles, and URLs.
