That's really hard to say, Sarah, since I haven't heard the album yet. I'm sure that the music critics are ready and waiting to compare the quality of the third album to that of the second album. I hope that the third album demonstrates an advancement over the second album--a growth of the band as musicians and Jakob as a songwriter. I also hope that it gets rave reviews, but only time will tell. As far as how well it'll sell--the music-listening public can be fickle, and it'll be a bit of an uphill battle, due to the loss of the band's momentum (four years is a long time between albums), but if the album has good songs and the record company promotes it properly, I would expect that it'll sell well.

Mike Ward now mentions at his website (http://www.fishofdeath.com/ward/) that the album "should be out in June." MTV reports that Elvis Costello, John Brion, Frank Black, and Mike Campbell will guest on the album.
That's all I've heard about the album at this point.
