This is just a note to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy, Healthy New Year. I would also like to thank all of you for your positive energy,love, prayers,good wishes, flowers and cards of which you have surrounded me at this time of healing. My results in treatment have been very positive and I look forward to a short Chemo break at the end of January in which I intend to go to California to our house there. I will also attend to a Depak Chopra program called perfect health at La Costa in Carlsbad California. You have helped me greatly in keeping a positive attitude which I believe has a great deal to do with healing.Thank you again and Love to you all Mary Ellen-- posted by Maryel

I just today read an article about La Costa, in Carlsbad. It has just finished a multi-million dollar renovation and its spa and golf courses are fabulous. Do take advantage of the spa! And if Peter is going to be with you, tell him to bring his golf clubs...
