Hibiscus: Leaves turning yellow

» benner - Leaves turning yellow Hi, I just planted a hibiscus plant 2 weeks ago, it is making alot of flowers, but the leaves are turning yellow, then falling off, the new growth is coming out yellow also, what is causing this, and what can I do to stop it?
