I know what you mean about loving to play the violin. I play the viola currently (have for two years), but I started off on the violin, for about four and a half years. I'm a music student currently, pursuing my passion and going into teaching. I read your bio, and you said you haven't found anyone who's as into it as you yet - now you have. Also, if you wish to get official training, there are some really great private teachers out there. I take lessons galore, and it's really great (some teachers are awesome...others not so good). But if you love it, go for it, stay with it. I wish more people got into music, especially instrumental music.
