Odd that you should mention engineering. I am a Professional Engineer with a Quality Engineering specialization. On the job, I tend to be a theoretician. I can't tell a left hand screwdriver from a right handed one but I can handle most corrective action problems via statistics. I think "Quality Service Pays" is my best book.
