Hi there, Tara. Enjoyed your latest article. Great information. Since I'm just beginning as a vegetarian, a friend loaned me a stack of old Vegetarian Times magazines, the Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook, and a Tofu Cookery cookbook, so I'm having a great time reading, trying, and learning. And, of course, the Internet has so much information out there, too, for converting vegetarians, like myself. Enjoyed your article, and am looking forward to the next one.
