» mastiffs2005 - Hi Jackie... Which of these have you tried yourself? I've been eyeing them in the store, but been terribly afraid to actually try one LOL Can't wait for your next article!Have a wonderful evening, -- posted by mastiffs2005 » jackiehensler - Re: Hi Jackie... In response to message posted by CheekHypno:Darlene, I have pretty much tried them all. I particularly like the MorningStar Farm brand and always have them stocked in my freezer. I think you have to like the taste of vegetarian products that replace meat items. Otherwise you will be looking for something that tastes exactly like chicken and find this is not the case. However, if you are a vegetarian, you will find these products very tasty. I particularly like the vegetarian spicy buffalo wings, chicken patty's, corn dogs, and the breakfast muffin with "sausage", egg, and cheese. Try them out! -- posted by jackiehensler » Bill_Samuel - Taste Different people have different tastes. You just have to try them and see. For instance, I have never tasted a Morningstar Farms product I liked. My favorite burger products are Amy's, which come in three different versions which don't taste a lot different to me although the California style is my favorite. -- posted by Bill_Samuel » mastiffs2005 - Re: Taste In response to message posted by Bill_Samuel:Thanks y'all! I actually like the taste of soy products, though burgers are the only thing I've really had more than once. I'm not a vegetarian... yet *smile* But I am really beginning to have a problem consuming meat products. I like tofu in some things... oriental sweet & sour soup is one of my favorite things. And I LOVE rice and paste and vegetables of all kinds. I don't think it would be a drastic change if I were to go completely vegetarian. I'll try some of the brands y'all have mentioned and see what I think. I appreciate the recommendations! Love & Hugs, -- posted by mastiffs2005
