Hi Tom, my favorite month is April. The woods are coming to life, the orchard is a pink and white fairyland, with further color in motion added by the many droning bees and fluttering butterflies enjoying the blossoms. At the pond, the catfish are active again, and splash noisily when I approach. Of course, I toss them some catfish pellets and they entertain me with a catfish "ballet."The redbud trees around the edges of the woods are in their full glory, and the flowering dogwoods will add their special beauty by Easter. There is so much going on in April that I could write a book about it all, right here and now, but I'd better not. Hehe.
I enjoyed your beautiful article. Your part of the country must be so lovely as well. But Spring is so fleeting, we must stop to enjoy it while it's here.
