Interesting article, Leda. Thanks for the winter soup recipe. Would you believe that our Summer is so cold we had the traditional Dutch pea soup yesterday! Great stuff but you have to use meat with it and make it the main course

We have no rest even in the middle of Winter. The weather is so temperate the weeds still keep growing. But, a cup of soup, sitting by an open fire, and drinking herbal tea and reading interesting lists of dreamy plants - what more could a gardener want?
